The Change Process Most People Follow (VIDEO)

Your job is to lead change at work, at least it should be a big focus if you’re a leader.

With decent processes and a motivated staff, maintaining the status quo isn’t that hard. Implementing new ideas is when things get tough, and the reason¬†you earn every penny that you are paid.

I teach leaders how to help employees successfully make their way through workplace transitions. Below you will find a video that represents one small section of a half-day workshop. In it I explain the change process.

You need to understand this for two reasons:

  1. It will help you find some empathy for the way your staff is reacting.
  2. You’ll be better equipped to identify strategies that help move them towards commitment.
