With decent processes and a motivated staff, maintaining the status quo isn’t that hard. Implementing new ideas is when things get tough, and the reason you earn every penny that you are paid.

I teach leaders how to help employees successfully make their way through workplace transitions. Below you will find a video that represents one small section of a half-day workshop. In it I explain the change process.
