  1. Great ideas, and nice short video, Tom. I absolutely agree about the value of finding and recognizing each person’s special contribution and talent. It’s good for the team and it may help grow that person’s career. If they recognize that strength or skill in themselves, they can build on it and maybe even lean towards their next role or job because of it.

  2. Thanks Sharon. Often managers spend too much time focusing on what they want people to stop doing. They’d be better off reinforcing the good traits their employees already have.
