Great ideas, and nice short video, Tom. I absolutely agree about the value of finding and recognizing each person’s special contribution and talent. It’s good for the team and it may help grow that person’s career. If they recognize that strength or skill in themselves, they can build on it and maybe even lean towards their next role or job because of it.
