Have you ever noticed that at the end of sports championships, all the winning players create a big pile of bodies as they jump on top of each other in joy? They must be feeling pretty good about their accomplishment if they are willing to pile on or be piled on. Looks like fun. Where I grew up, we called these monkey piles.

When’s the last time you had a monkey pile in your workplace? I know, there’s probably some rule that strongly warns against jumping on coworkers. Then let’s change the question. When’s the last time your team accomplished something so cool at work that you would like to have had a monkey pile, but instead did something a little more acceptable?
