		<description>I have learned that sometimes people are quiet because they are contemplating.  I have implemented a &#039;tap out&#039; in my meetings so people who need a minute to think can tap out, take 3 minutes and collect there thoughts.  When they return the floor is theirs.  It has improved the interaction from my quieter participants.</description>
