Half the battle in pulling people together for a meeting is coordinating  schedules.  Lots of phone or email tag.  Painful for all involved.  Meeting Wizard is an online tool that might help you when working with people from different organizations having different scheduling programs.

Apparently brainstorming isn’t that effective after all. If you are looking for lots of cool ideas, you might want to try brainwriting.
